McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Kulwinder Sall as Director, People + Culture at Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC). In her new role, Kulwinder is responsible for planning and developing a wide range of human resources programs and initiatives, and for overseeing talent management programs and services for the Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC). As a key leader in the people and culture team, and the broader senior leadership committee at JIBC, she will also support a broad range of strategic initiatives and ensure all programs, processes, and team services contribute to the strategic direction and workplace culture of JIBC.
Before joining JIBC, Kulwinder worked at E-Comm 911 as a Human Resources Program Manager, where she was responsible for developing and mentoring a strong, multi-disciplinary team in labour and employee relations, recruitment, OHS, return to work, wellness, diversity, inclusion, and respect.
