McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Sunita Mehta as Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs + Quality Assurance at Sonendo. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, Sunita will provide strategic and tactical decision making, implement and hold the organization accountable to industry best-practice, and drive key organizational change through the regulatory and quality functions to meet business goals.
Sunita brings a background of diverse experience with people, process, and systems management. An expert in continuous improvement, Sunita has a track record of leading important change in the manufacturing operations and quality functions in medtech.
Sonendo is a commercial-stage medical technology company focused on saving teeth from tooth decay, the most prevalent chronic disease globally. Sonendo develops and manufactures the GentleWave® System, an innovative technology platform designed to treat tooth decay by cleaning and disinfecting the microscopic spaces within teeth without the need to remove tooth structure.
