Andrea Richter serves as an Executive Recruiter at McDermott + Bull. With seven years of recruiting experience, Andrea partners with key industries – including life sciences, manufacturing, industrial, distribution, and aerospace – to find mission-critical senior and C-level executives for clients.
Andrea most recently served as a Senior Executive Recruiter for a Colorado-based staffing company, where she discovered and placed senior-level executives in accounting + finance, operations, human resources, and executive leadership roles across a variety of industries. She also played a key role in developing and implementing growth opportunities within the organization while forming strategic and long-lasting partnerships.
Andrea is fueled by interpersonal dynamics, developing recruitment strategies, helping others reach their goals, and leading successful search engagements. She received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Andrea resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs.
