McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Jessie Zhong as Senior Finance Manager at Asia Pacific Land (APL). Jessie will establish best practices for the U.S. accounting and finance workflow and will work closely with the U.S. investment team, outsourced accounting services, and APL’s senior finance leadership.
Prior to APL, Jessie was the Finance Manager at CapitaLand and held accounting and finance positions for Empire State Realty Trust and Tricon American Homes earlier in her career. Jessie earned her master’s degree in accounting from University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Asia Pacific Land is a private firm that invests in real estate, renewable energy, and private equity transactions. APL invests globally, with offices in Tokyo, New York, Hong Kong, Taipei, and Munich. The firm actively pursues value-add opportunities, including corporate acquisitions, development, redevelopment, portfolio acquisitions, and other complex transactions.
