McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Jane Lindstrom as Senior Vice President, Tax at Bluerock. In this role, Jane will oversee tax and compliance for several Bluerock corporate entities. She will lead strategy for the tax efficient structuring of transactions, own forecasting of complex tax situations, and serve as the primary liaison with outside professionals.
Jane brings over 20 years of experience advising on complex real estate partnerships, international business expansion, and real estate investment trusts structuring. Prior to joining Bluerock, she was Global Head of Tax for Greystar Real Estate Partners. Previously, Jane served in senior corporate tax positions, including for a Fortune 1000 company, and worked in public accounting.
Bluerock is a rapidly growing alternative asset manager based in New York, with regional offices across the U.S and over $14 billion in acquired and managed assets across both private and public investment vehicles.
