McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Graeme Kersell as Vice President, Sales & Business Development and Randy Chadney as Vice President, Operations at Nelson Lumber Company Ltd. In their respective roles, Graeme will lead the transformation of Nelson’s sales organization into a proactive, growth-oriented function aligned with the company’s 2030 strategic vision, while Randy will oversee operational strategy across multiple sites, driving process improvement, efficiency, and scalable infrastructure as the company expands its footprint across Alberta and beyond.

Graeme brings over 30 years of industry experience, most recently serving as Director of Commercial Sales at Gescan, a division of Sonepar, where he led large-scale sales transformation initiatives and managed a $400M portfolio.
