McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Mayra Sanchez as Vice President, SEC Reporting at Blue Owl Capital. Mayra will oversee and manage SEC reporting for Blue Owl’s non-traded real estate investment trust (REIT). She will also ensure that Generally Acceptable Accounting Principles (GAAP) are being adhered to for all financial reporting periods, financial presentations, and footnote disclosures. Additionally, Mayra will monitor procedures and internal controls over the SEC reporting process.
Mayra brings over 14 years of experience with expertise in external reporting to the SEC, investors, and lenders. Most recently, Mayra served as Senior Manager, External Reporting and Technical Accounting at Help at Home. Prior to this, Mayra was a Senior Manager, Accounting and Financial Reporting at Amsted Industries.Â
