Julie Francis serves as a Managing Director at McDermott + Bull Interim Leaders, based in Irvine, CA. Julie identifies and secures highly skilled executives to address clients’ critical business challenges by placing interim leaders. She works with middle-market and enterprise-level companies as well as investment banks and private equity groups to improve operational and financial performance.
Julie has over 15 years of experience working with companies to address operational and financial challenges. Prior to joining McDermott + Bull, she served as a Director of Business Development at a national business services firm, where she focused on helping privately held middle-market companies address mission-critical needs. She also served as a Director of Business Development at RSM where she assisted middle-market companies with operational improvement, tax planning, and audit services.
Julie grew up in central Illinois and now resides in Redondo Beach, CA with her husband and two children. She loves to run, swim, and hike in her free time.
