McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Preeti Gill as Director, Donor Relations at Richmond Hospital Foundation. Preeti will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the Foundation’s comprehensive donor relations and events programs. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, she will act as the organizational expert on donor relations, shaping large-scale engagement and donor events, and serving as a strategic resource across the Foundation.
Preeti brings two decades of experience in non-profit fund development and operations to her new position. Her previous role as Senior Manager of Philanthropy at Covenant House, Vancouver, saw her co-leading strategy and annual planning, which significantly increased fundraising capacities. Preeti’s approach to building and leading high-performing teams, along with her strategic planning in donor relationship management, positions her very well to make a substantial impact at Richmond Hospital Foundation.
