McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Troy Harper as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer at Farmers & Merchants Bank of Central California. In this role, Troy will serve on the executive leadership team reporting directly to the President and CEO. He will oversee the bank’s operations and technology strategy, including deposit and loan center operations, treasury management operations and servicing, and information technology.

Troy brings over 29 years of technology and operations leadership experience within the financial services industry. He joins F&M Bank from HomeStreet Bank, where he most recently served as Chief Information and Operations Officer. Prior, Troy served in a similar capacity for another Washington-based community bank. He gained strong foundational experience as a technology consultant working with multiple notable financial services companies. Troy received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting Management from Northeastern University.
