McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Coty Hylton as Associate General Counsel at Patelco Credit Union. Coty will oversee a team of three vendor management specialists while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the organization’s outside vendors. He will report directly to Patelco’s General Counsel.
Coty brings deep, transactional legal experience in both vendor contracts and client-facing agreements. He spent nearly his entire career with cellular tower and mobility real estate investment trust Crown Castle, where he served as Managing Counsel and acted as a member of the firm’s legal team. He is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, and he received his legal degree from Santa Clara University, School of Law.
Patelco is a San Francisco Bay Area credit union with nearly 40 branches, including a virtual branch. It’s a full-service financial institution offering deposit accounts, credit cards, loans, investments, and insurance. Sitting at over $9 billion in assets, the organization is within the top 1% of credit unions nationally.
