McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Charlotte Radmilovic as Chief Financial Officer at Exchange Bank. In this role, Charlotte will drive the delivery and optimization of the bank’s financial performance targets through the operation of rigorous controls, execution of strategic initiatives, and provision of advice and guidance.
Charlotte brings over 15 years of accounting and finance leadership experience within the banking industry. She joins Exchange Bank from Monterey-based community bank, Pacific Valley Bank, where she served as CFO for the past two years. She previously served as Chief Accounting Officer for Northern California regional bank, Rabobank, and built the foundation of her career in public accounting with EY. She received her Bachelor of Science in accountancy from Saint Mary’s College of California and is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) through American Bankers Association.
