McDermott + Bull has successfully placed James Doucette as Vice President, Information Technology Manager at Five Star Bank. James will report to the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer and will lead the day-to-day operations of the Bank’s technology environment, including infrastructure, systems performance, end-user support, and vendor management. He will play a critical role in strengthening operational rigor across IT, enhancing service delivery, and supporting the Bank’s continued growth and digital transformation initiatives.

James brings more than 18 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations leadership across banking, healthcare, and technology environments. He most recently served as Information Systems Supervisor II at UC Davis Health, where he led a team responsible for enterprise infrastructure, endpoint lifecycle management, and large-scale technology refresh initiatives. Prior to that, he held IT leadership roles at Rabobank, overseeing enterprise end-user technology operations across more than 100 locations in a distributed banking environment. James holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership, a Master of Science in Information Technology Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University, and he also holds ITIL Foundation and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.
