McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Roger Su as Vice President of Programs at World View. Roger will oversee the strategic development and management of World View’s innovative stratospheric exploration programs. Additionally, he will direct product development processes, from design through production, ensuring that each project aligns with the company’s mission to revolutionize near-space experiences and technologies.
Roger brings over 25 years of engineering and operational leadership in the aerospace industry. Most recently, he served Vice President of Operations Strategy at Blue Origin where he spearheaded operational strategies that significantly scaled production capabilities and improved process efficiencies. Prior to Blue Origin, he was instrumental in leading operations and manufacturing for Sierra Space, contributing to major advancements in spacecraft development and production.
