Thomas Gilbert serves as a Partner at McDermott + Bull Canada and is part of the firm’s Technology and Life Sciences Practice, based in Toronto, ON. He is focused on the placement of senior leadership and executive-level talent across North America for a wide range of private and public companies.
Thomas brings over 20 years of experience partnering with international organizations to deliver top talent. Previously, he managed two search firms where he was involved in the recruitment of critical talent across Canada and the US, placing more than 1,500 individuals. Thomas is passionate and motivated by helping people pursue their dreams while assisting organizations in achieving their goals.
He is a certified ski instructor and SCUBA Diver. Thomas is also a member of the Craigleith Ski Club, Canadian Power + Sail Squadron, and Canadian Recruitment Professionals Association. He is a strong supporter of Southlake Regional Health Center, the Kids Help Phone, and Yellow Brick House. Thomas lives with his wife and two children just north of Toronto where he enjoys boating, biking, golfing, and skiing.
