McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Crispin “Cris” Thompson as Vice President (VP) of Customer Engagement + Sales Enablement at QSC. Cris will provide vision and leadership – for QSC’s partner and customer care organization – in alignment with the Audio-Visual and Information Technology Division’s go-to-market model and strategies. His role is critical to the organization’s goal of making partner and customer engagement a competitive advantage to gain and retain loyalty. Cris’ overall responsibilities include looking after Company’s audio-visual market partner care and customer engagement programs as well as sales operations.

He most recently served as Division VP of Operations at TaskUs, a provider of business process outsourcing services in digital customer experience, content security, data + artificial intelligence operations, and consulting for the world’s most innovative and disruptive brands. As VP, Cris owned the full suite of operations for North America. Prior, he spent 25 years at Hewlett Packard filling multiple roles. During his tenure, he worked heavily within the channels supporting VARs, resellers, and distributors that served enterprise customers. Cris earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Western Illinois University.
