Prior to joining Agility, Nicole served as the Director of Human Resources for $1B, publicly traded Skilled Healthcare where she oversaw an HR team spread throughout the Western Region of the US, and where she led corporate engagement during the company’s ultimate merger with Genesis Health. Prior to her six years with Skilled Healthcare, Nicole worked in HR generalist roles for Citibank and Ameriquest.
Ms. Arvizu earned both her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and her Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Chapman University.
