McDermott + Bull has been engaged to lead the search for SAIT’s inaugural, Vice President, People + Culture. This search will be led by McDermott + Bull Principal Alex Verdecchia and Search Consultant Alina Ivanets.

Building on its 100+ year history SAIT continues to reimagine the workforce of tomorrow and continues to train hit-the-ground-ready, future-proofed graduates.
Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President, People + Culture is an integral member of the senior leadership team. The inaugural Vice President, People + Culture will support the planning, development, and implementation of quality-based, integrated human resources programs and services, as well as provide strategic direction and oversight to Indigenous Engagement, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Natoysopoyis (formerly Chinook House), Sustainability, and Athletics and Recreation.
