Before joining Ventura Foods, Mr. Mayer was Plant Manager and General Manager at Marietta in Los Angeles, California. Prior to Marietta, Mr. Mayer held the position of Vice President of Operations and General Manager at Bocchi Laboratories in Santa Clarita, California.
Mr. Mayer has a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey. Mr. Mayer also has his Master of Business Administration from Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
