This interim executive leader search was led by Rebecca Miller, Senior Managing Director. The organization is on a growth trajectory and was looking for a strong marketing/e-commerce expert to help execute on new innovative marketing strategies. With the market moving towards e-commerce and the ‘Amazon of things,’ the company needed a new strategy to continue sales in retail stores and online. This interim leader reported directly to the CEO and worked closely with the entire management team to help improve sales and overall market share.
The interim leader has over twenty years of experience as a retail and omni-channel marketing expert for consumer brands worldwide. Our leader worked closely with many different divisions to ensure the proper data was being communicated to customers, along with setting a strategy moving forward for the future success of its online sales and brand presence.
