The client presented the need for a data integration specialist with data modeling and project management experience to lead a team in creating a visual dashboard that would map business processes using customer data streams with the goal of aiding their executive team in making strategic business decisions. The dashboard application had to deliver information efficiently, so a candidate with user interface experience was a must.
Our Interim Leader has over 20 years of experience in information technology, including many years in business intelligence and data warehouse implementation, and has industry experience in entertainment, finance, retail, and Internet.
UPDATE: During her seven-month engagement, our interim leader made such an impact that she was converted to a full-time role and now serves as the permanent Director of Visualization and Data Systems.
