IRVINE, California, January 17, 2017 – MB Interim Leaders (MBIL) announced the successful appointment of the interim Vice President of Marketing at a fast-growing entertainment company in Los Angeles.

This interim executive leader search was conducted by Rebecca Miller, MBIL’s Vice President of Sales.  The entertainment firm had an immediate need for an interim Vice President of Marketing to launch a new product and marketing strategy, lead the development of a customer loyalty program, and adopt a new CRM implementation plan.  Within a few weeks of MBIL receiving the request, the interim leader was hired and placed onsite.  In three months, the interim leader completed all mission critical objectives, including successfully finishing the customer loyalty program on time, before the anticipated roll-out date.

The interim leader has over twenty years of marketing leadership experience at notable companies such as The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and The American Bar Association.  She has a strong background in leading and developing customer retention strategies and online customer loyalty programs, as well as extensive experience with implementing CRM software to increase customer loyalty.
