Executive Search Coordinator

Jessica Buck serves as Executive Search Coordinator for McDermott + Bull, where she is responsible for providing a white glove service for the firm’s candidates and creating memorable experiences during the interview process. She partners with the firm’s leadership, recruiters, clients, and candidates to provide personalized solutions when scheduling interviews and coordinating travel, while also serving as an information resource.

Prior to her role as Executive Search Coordinator, she served as a Coordinator in United Airlines Talent Acquisition Department. Jessica also has experience as a Consultant for United Airlines and as an Executive Assistant at Deloitte.

Jessica currently resides in Chicago and enjoys traveling, wine tasting, and riding her bike to explore the city.
