IRVINE, California, July 3, 2015 – MB Interim Leaders announced the successful appointment of Mr. Jose David as Interim Chief Financial Officer with Mikawaya, located in Pico Rivera, California.
Rebecca Miller , Business Development Director at MB Interim Leaders, partnered closely with Marty Sarafa, Managing Partner of Century Park Capital Partners to identify an Interim CFO for their recent acquisition Mikawaya (Century Park Buys Storied Japanese Dessert Maker Mikawaya). Mr. David has over twenty years of experience across the consumer goods and food industries, with a proven ability to generate value for shareholders and develop sound business strategies. He has a successful track record leading multifunctional finance teams through high growth situations, integrations and joint ventures.
Prior to his placement with Mikawaya, Mr. David held various financial leadership roles with organizations including: Overhill Farms Inc. Megamex Foods LLC, Authentic Specialty Foods Inc., Paratec Elastomers LLC and GIRSA Group.
Mr. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Iberoamerican University, A Diploma in Management Science from Derby College of Higher Education and a Masters in Business Administration from Cranfield Institute of Technology. He is an active member to the Financial Executives International, Orange County chapter.
