IRVINE, California, November 1, 2012 – McDermott & Bull, a Southern California-based retained executive search firm, announced today the successful appointment of Mr. Robert Burris as Director of Talent Acquisition with AECOM in Irvine, California.

Mr. Burris is a 25-year experienced executive including the past 13 years in executive operations roles in a variety of industries and business lines. Before joining AECOM, he served as Director of Talent Acquisition for Green Dot, a Bank Holding Company headquartered in Pasadena, CA. Mr. Burris had previously served as National Recruiting Operations Manager for Nestle USA, overseeing talent acquisition services and leading a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.
Mr. Burris obtained his Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration and Finance from Woodbury University in Burbank, CA.
