IRVINE, California, June 29, 2015 – McDermott & Bull, a Southern California-based retained executive search firm, announced the successful appointment of Mr. David Key as Chief Financial Officer with Altura Communication Solutions based in Fullerton, California.
This executive recruiting engagement was conducted by Chris Bull, Managing Partner at McDermott & Bull Executive Search, “David is a middle market CFO with quite a bit of experience working with private equity sponsorship, and a healthy amount of systems experience over the years. He has relevant experience in many of the areas that need to be addressed at Altura.” Mr. Key has over twenty four years of experience in the finance and accounting fields, fifteen of which have been in the role of Chief Financial Officer. He has extensive experience with strategic planning and forecasting, as well as, managerial oversight for legal and contracts. Mr. Key has twelve years of experience with several Private Equity organizations. Prior to his placement with Altura Communication Solutions, Mr. Key served as Chief Financial Officer for Micro Solutions Enterprises.
Mr. Key earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from David Lipscomb University and his Master in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University. He is also a Certified Public and Management Accountant, Certified in Financial Management and is a Certified Treasury Professional.
