Most recently, Les was the Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at ThermoGenesis Corporation, where he established and advocated global quality and regulatory strategies. For a duration, he also served as Vice President of Operations, cutting costs and driving critical process improvements. Prior to that, Les served at Theravance, Inc. as the Senior Director of Quality Systems in which he spearheaded comprehensive compliance through innovative quality systems and processes. He also gained key regulatory healthcare experience as the Chief Regulatory Officer at Solectron Corporation and as the Executive Director of Quality & Regulation at the Hill-Rom Company.
Les received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pennsylvania; his Master of Science degree in Microbiology from Villanova University, Pennsylvania; his MBA in Human Resources at Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant in Michigan; and his Juris Doctorate in Health Law from the Concord University School of Law in California.
