Prior to joining Silverado Senior Living, Debi was the Chief Financial Officer at NRP Holdings as a key member of the company’s executive committee and managing the entire accounting department. Her previous positions include the Chief Financial Officer at Home Financial and Controller at Impac Mortgage Holdings in Southern California. She began her accounting career as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young.
Debi received her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from Chapman University in Orange, California. She is also a Certified Public Accountant from the state of California.
