Mr. Goff is a business driven Information Technology executive with proven success at managing, improving and integrating enterprise IT, as well as, supporting and leading business lines and functions planning and performance. He has provided IT operating and capital expenditure analytics, benchmarks and actionable programs that ensure companywide optimization of IT investments, optimum organizational design and size, and meaningful cost savings and efficiencies. He has extensive global IT expertise, developing and leading highly engaged IT teams that are geographically dispersed along with direct experience overseeing international expansions, especially performing several complex acquisition due diligence and integration efforts. Prior to his placement with Skilled Healthcare, Mr. Goff served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer with Emulex Corporation and AppliedMicro.
Mr. Goff serves as Chairman of both the Dean’s Leadership Council and Corporate Partners Committee for the Donald Bren School for Information and Computer Sciences and The Henry Samueli School of Engineering at the University of California, Irvine. He is a member of the Salesforce CIO Advisory Board, KPMG audit Committee Institute, Governing Body of the Mid-market CIO Executive Summit, and Digital Transformation Center CIO Round Table, the Paul Merage School of Business, University of California, Irvine.
