IRVINE, California, June 7, 2012 – McDermott & Bull, a Southern California-based retained executive search firm, announced today the successful appointment of Ms. Roxanna Smith as Senior Vice President of Agricultural Lending with Sunwest Bank in Tustin, California.

Ms. Smith is a leader with nearly 30 years of experience in agricultural lending and equipment financing. She was most recently the Vice President – Regional Marketing Manager for Westamerica Bank where she has been supporting the strategic goals of the bank by formulating and implementing business development and sales promotions in specific regions. Ms. Smith is also involved in improving the existing commercial and agribusiness lending sales activities and developing new initiatives as well.
Ms. Smith obtained her Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Business Management from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California.
