Mr. Joumblat has extensive industry experience as he spent the last 10 years working for the City of Long Beach and most recently, held the Chief Financial Officer role with Southern California Regional Rail Authority (Metrolink). In 2006, Mr. Joumblat was promoted from Revenue Manager to Chief Financial Officer at The Port of Long Beach. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Joumblat implemented a new billing/accounts receivable system and worked with his team to transform the City’s financial infrastructure, creating new internal controls and contract compliance functions. Mr. Joumblat has a strong understanding of the business sector TTSI services and has insights into how to emerge as an industry leader.
Mr. Joumblat earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at American University of Beirut before earning his Master of Business Administration in Finance & Accounting and Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management at University of Southern California. Mr. Joumblat is also a California Certified Public Accountant.
