IRVINE, LOS ANGELES, PLEASANTON, RIVERSIDE, California and DENVER, Colorado, August 28, 2008 – McDermott & Bull, Southern California’s premier executive search firm, announced today the successful appointment of Ms. Rose Bretts as General Manager of their Tijuana, Mexico facility.
As the first General Manager in this location, Rose will develop the sales strategies to expand Uline’s presence in Mexico. She has the bicultural understanding of American and Mexican business, along with 10+ years of distribution background fitting Uline’s needs to further grow,” commented Jim MacNee, Principal Consultant for McDermott & Bull.
Prior to this position, Bretts held General Management roles for Harbor Packaging and the Kent H. Landsberg Co., where she helped to get costs under control and increase sales. Her background includes finance, sales, operations and customer service call center experience.
Bretts earned her degree in accounting from the University of Baja California, in Mexicali, Mexico.
