Ms. Harper will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s recruiting strategy and operations with a focus on developing the team, designing the tools, and delivering the talent that align with McDermott & Bull’s business objectives. In addition to her leadership duties, Le Anne will also assist in developing a solid team for McDermott & Bull Interim Leaders.

Ms. Harper previously ran Career Strategy Consulting where she served as a coach and catalyst for companies and private clients who wanted to realize their professional potential. Prior to consulting, she was Executive Director of Global Recruitment & Inclusion at Sony Pictures Entertainment in Culver City where she was responsible for the daily operations of the studio’s recruiting department. Ms. Harper previously managed Talent Acquisition, global Human Resources programs, and internship programs at Earth Tech and DreamWorks SKG.
Ms. Harper previously sat on the Board of Directors for No Limits, a non-profit theater and education program that provides free speech therapy and tutoring for deaf and hard-of-hearing children who are learning to speak and listen. She also volunteers for the Los Angeles Mission’s soup kitchen and has been an adult literacy tutor. Ms. Harper studied Psychobiology and Sociology at the University of California, Los Angeles.
