Charles is well positioned to make an immediate impact at Bay Commercial Bank having direct experience building and leading high performing business banking and commercial lending teams at Comerica Bank and Stanford Federal Credit Union. Charles started his career in community banking as a credit analyst, and later spent 11 years with Comerica serving as a group manager overseeing a 14-member team. He later built, from the ground up, the commercial banking division for Stanford Federal Credit Union. Prior to joining Bay Commercial Bank, Charles was successful in establishing a new commercial banking division for Umpqua Bank in the San Jose market. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from San Jose State University and his MBA in Strategy from Pepperdine University.
