IRVINE, California, March 27, 2012 – McDermott & Bull, a Southern California-based retained executive search firm, announced today the successful appointment of Mr. Dale Clendon as the Chief Commercial Officer with Posey Company in Arcadia, California.
This executive recruiting engagement was conducted by Craig Lipus, Partner at McDermott & Bull Executive Search. Before joining Posey, Mr. Clendon was the General Manager/Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Kinetic Concepts, President at Tri-Anim Health Services, Inc., and Acting General Manager/Executive Vice President of Business Development for Hemosense, Inc. Mr. Clendon also owned and managed his own consulting firm, DAC Limited. As a consultant, he worked with both domestic and international medical device companies, assisting his clients establish a footprint in the distribution arena and with mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Clendon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.
