IRVINE, California, August 14, 2018McDermott & Bull has been retained by Scooter’s Coffee to lead their search for an Executive Leader of Franchise Sales, reporting to the Chief Development Officer.

This executive recruiting engagement is being conducted by The fit Practice at McDermott & Bull, which includes Jeff Black, Partner; Jason Pinegar, Associate Principal Consultant; Trey Mullen, Associate Consultant; and Kelly Nguyen, Executive Search Associate; as well as Quyen Doan, Recruiting Associate.

The Executive Leader, Franchise Sales is responsible for all franchise sales activity related to the rapid development of over 800 new locations in the twenty state Midwest/Mid-America region of the United States over the next five years and beyond.  The role includes selling single-unit, multi-unit and Area Representative agreements.  The Executive Leader of Franchise Sales will serve as a key contributor and driver of Scooter’s Coffee’s twenty state Midwest Strategic Growth Strategy.  As the leader of the sales team, they will create the strategy for lead generation, approve territories and close sales, as well as assist in successfully transitioning franchisees to the real estate and construction services support teams.  This role has critical impact to overall company revenue and profitability as well as being a key driver in the brand’s continued development.
