This executive recruiting engagement was conducted by Craig Lipus, Partner, Healthcare Practice; Garrett Lipus, Principal Consultant, Healthcare Practice; and Tara Steven, Senior Recruiting Associate at McDermott & Bull. Anderson started his career with Baxter, spending seventeen years in various engineering and product development positions before joining Excelsior as Vice President of Business Development and New Products. In this role, he was tasked with building a team from scratch and redesigning the syringe technology platform, both of which he did successfully. Anderson last served as Vice President of Business Development, International & Pump Division, before helping to sell the business to Medline and ICU Medical.
Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Illinois and a Master’s degree from Northwestern University.
