MANHATTAN BEACH, California, April 23, 2018 – McDermott & Bull hosted its 3rd Annual CEO/Private Equity Regional Summit at The Belamar Hotel in Manhattan Beach on April 17, 2018. With many of Southern California’s top CEOs and PE executives in attendance, the summit allowed these executives to re-kindle relationships, establish new ones, and explore potential points of partnership and collaboration.
A number of Southern California’s premiere Private Equity firms attended the summit, including Audax, Bunkerhill Capital, ClearLight Partners, Nolan Capital, Solis Capital Partners, St. Cloud Capital and The Gores Group. In addition, several of the region’s top CEOs attended this event, including those from Behr/Masco Coatings, Manhattan Beachwear, Gear Coop, PacSun, and Golden Spoon.

Colletti, who has been involved in Major League Baseball for over thirty years, served as the General Manager of the Los Angeles Dodgers from 2006 through 2014. At present, Colletti works as an analyst on the Dodgers/Spectrum SportsNet L.A. Network, as well as MLB Live on the TuneIn radio network.
At the summit, Bull did a live interview of Colletti, who delighted the audience with stories about his upbringing, his ascendency to one of the most coveted jobs in sports, and what it was like to witness his favorite team (the Chicago Cubs) win their first World Series in over 100 years. Additionally, Colletti shared the story behind the creation and publication of his recently-released book, The Big Chair: The Smooth Hops and Bad Bounces from the Inside World of the Acclaimed Los Angeles Dodgers General Manager.
