The client had an immediate need for an interim HRIS expert to provide advisory leadership during their Oracle implementation.

Prior to this engagement, our interim leader had 20+ years of increasing responsibility in Compensation and Benefits with global organizations in diversified industries, including healthcare, construction, marketing, and retail.

UPDATE:  Our interim leader went on to contract on various different assignments within the organization, including developing and implementing HR and Total Rewards programs, and by managing large-scale change initiatives by supporting and enabling the overall brand strategy and transformation agenda on national and international scales throughout the organization.
