IRVINE, California and DENVER, Colorado, February 13, 2018 – McDermott & Bull announced today the acquisition of Denver-based Prime-Core Executive Search and the addition of Ken Dropiewski as Principal Consultant. Dropiewski will join the firm’s Life Sciences Group, specializing in the Med-Tech space.

Prior to joining McDermott & Bull, Dropiewski operated Prime-Core Executive Search for over a decade. Dropiewski has worked in all areas of Medical Device and Biotech, but is especially known for his expertise spanning over twenty years in the cardiac, interventional, and vascular niche. In his tenure as a Search Consultant, he has partnered with some of the industry’s most innovative healthcare companies including Medtronic, Abbott, and Abiomed, as well as numerous high growth startups and mid-cap companies to place key contributors and build dynamic teams. Prior to his search career, Dropiewski worked at healthcare giants Boston Scientific and Johnson & Johnson and is the current President of the Rocky Mountain Association of Recruiters (RMAR).
