IRVINE, California, July 28, 2014 – McDermott & Bull, a premier Southern California-based retained executive search firm, announced today the successful appointment of Mr. Kenny Hom as Executive Vice President of Operations with Farmer Boys Foods in Riverside, CA.

Mr. Hom has a twenty two year career as an operations oriented leader in the restaurant industry and understands restaurant operations at a fundamental level, having worked his way up in the restaurant business. While establishing his career he has built strong relationships with restaurant personnel. Mr. Hom has worked with various restaurant based companies in his career, including California Pizza Kitchen, Island Restaurants and Red Robin International. Most recently Mr. Hom was the Vice President of Operations for a Japanese based company.
Mr. Hom has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
