IRVINE, California, August 17, 2012 – McDermott & Bull, a Southern California-based retained executive search firm, announced today the successful appointment of Mr. Michael Sadowski as Vice President of Finance with Kelley Blue Book based in Irvine, California.

Mr. Sadowski is an 11-year experienced finance executive whose career has spanned across multiple industries and functions, including cost accounting and financial planning & analysis. Before joining Kelley Blue Book, he served as the VP of Finance for a large Irvine-based software company, Quality Systems, Inc. and had previously served as a Financial Consultant at Los Angeles-based DLC, LLC, where he worked with many companies undergoing change. Mr. Sadowski served as the Assistant Vice President of Marketing at GE Commercial Finance prior to joining DLC.
Mr. Sadowski obtained his Masters of Business Administration from University of Southern California following his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from University of Massachusetts. He is also a DMAIC Six Sigma Green and Black Belt.
