IRVINE, California, January 18, 2013 – McDermott & Bull, a Southern California-based retained executive search firm, announced today the successful appointment of Ms. Debby McDaniel as Head of Operations and IT with Mission Bank based in Bakersfield, California.
This executive recruiting engagement was conducted by Rod McDermott, Managing Partner, and Brandon Biegenzahn, Principal Consultant, at McDermott & Bull Executive Search. Ms. McDaniel has over 20 years’ experience in the banking industry which began in 1993 with a community bank in Washington State, where she started as a teller and worked her way up through the ranks of the organization gaining extensive operations experience. Prior to joining Mission Bank, she served concurrently as both the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer for Eastside Commercial Bank in Bellevue, Washington.
Ms. McDaniel obtained her Bachelors of Science in Finance from the University of Phoenix.
