IRVINE, California, June 20, 2013 – McDermott & Bull, a Southern California-based retained executive search firm, announced the successful appointment of Mr. Alfredo Martinez Velez as Senior Plant Manager, Tijauna, with Posey Company in Arcadia, California.

Mr. Velez is an experienced manufacturing leader and certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and has managed all operational aspects of engineering, quality, production, maintenance, procurement, planning, finance, and human resources. Prior to joining Posey Company, he served as the Plant Operations Manager for Schlage de Mexico.
Mr. Velez obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad del Valle de Mexico.
