Prior to joining Private Access, Monte was the Chief Technology Officer and a FTE consultant of MyLife.com (formerly Reunion.com), holding responsibility over digital media strategy, product design and development, and technical operations. Monte also led as the Vice President of Technology and Product Development at MTV Network’s Neopets.com and as their Senior Vice President of Technology at Idea Integration. With vast turn-around and technical expertise, he implemented internal and external operational process improvements, increased revenue, and developed corporate strategies for growth. Monte began his career at MCI and IBM Global Services.
Monte received his Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina.
