IRVINE, California, August 31, 2015 – McDermott & Bull, a Southern California-based retained executive search firm, announced the successful appointment of Mr. Charles Lee as Director of Application Development with Unified Grocers headquartered in the City of Commerce, California.

Mr. Lee is an Information Technology leader with over twenty years of strategic planning, architecture, application development, and implementation and tactical leadership experience in both the corporate and consulting spaces. He has led teams of technical staff to develop, deploy, and manage various large-scale and mission-critical business application systems for well-recognized Fortune 500 companies. This includes large scale ERP implementation, system integration, eCommerce and sophisticated content based social media sites. Mr. Lee has extensive hands on experience with managing full systems development life cycle (SDLC), budget, resources, and development management with Agile and Waterfall methodology.

Mr. Lee earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Irvine. He also possesses numerous Microsoft technical certifications.
