IRVINE, California, January 25, 2016 – McDermott & Bull Executive Search, Southern California’s premier executive search firm, is pleased to announce it has named Jennifer Laratonda to the position of Principal Consultant. Ms. Laratonda will be responsible for assisting in the expansion of McDermott & Bull’s national healthcare practice.

Prior to joining McDermott & Bull, Ms. Laratonda was Associate General Counsel at Elements Behavioral Health, Inc. There she served as a member of the executive team delivering analysis, application, training, and strategic legal advice to the company’s C-level executives and other company leaders. She was an essential part of the corporate leadership team, steering the company through acquisitions and the creation of de novo entities. Earlier in her career, she worked at Kennedy, PC Law Offices as a practicing attorney. Ms. Laratonda is also a life and executive coach.
Ms. Laratonda earned a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University.
