IRVINE, California, March 15, 2012 – McDermott & Bull, a Southern California-based retained executive search firm, announced today the successful appointment of Ms. Michelle Pickering as Vice President of Hospice Operations in Irvine, California.
This executive recruiting engagement was conducted by Rod McDermott, Managing Partner of McDermott & Bull Executive Search. Before joining Silverado, Ms. Pickering was the General Manager/President of Hospice Touch, dba Gerinet Healthcare. At Gerinet, she simultaneously acted as the General Manager while overseeing all clinical and financial operations for the Downey and Burbank offices. In January 2010, she undertook responsibility for Hospice Touch, LLC as the President for Gerinet’s first transitional footprint in the Las Vegas Area.
Ms. Pickering holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
