This executive recruiting engagement was conducted by Bill Brewer, Principal Consultant; Theron Makley, Principal Consultant; and Chris Pring, Recruiting Associate at McDermott & Bull. Westeen was most recently the Director of Human Resources, Technology, Shared Services and Analytics for Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. Prior to Sprouts, she served in various leadership roles with Zitter Health Insights, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and Binney & Smith (Crayola). Westeen also served a number of years as a Principle with an Information Technology and Human Resources Consulting Business.
Westeen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
