IRVINE, California, May 4, 2018McDermott & Bull is pleased to announce the successful appointment of Kim Boren as Chief Financial Officer with Paciolan, a leader in ticketing, fundraising, marketing, and analytics solutions.

This executive recruiting engagement was conducted by Rod McDermott, CEO; Jared Moriarty, Principal Consultant; and Michael Finegold, Recruiting Associate at McDermott & Bull.  According to Moriarty, “Paciolan is going through an exciting growth period, both organically and through acquisitions.  Having the right CFO in place is crucial, and we believe Kim will be an excellent addition to the leadership team.  We are very excited for her and for Paciolan.”

Boren is versatile finance executive with strong M&A experience, who has overseen both finance and accounting teams throughout her career.  Early in Boren’s career, she spent seven years at Honeywell in finance roles of increasing responsibility, playing a key part in integrating newly acquired business units.  She later moved to Autobytel, which has since become AutoWeb.  During her tenure as AutoWeb’s CFO, the stock price more than doubled and Boren’s leadership helped guide the company through many changes.

Boren is a Southern California native and earned her Bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara and her MBA from USC.
